Clinic Background
Rathbrophea Clinic was established in early 2023 by its founder, Dr. Chheng Harkngoung. Recognizing that the northwestern provinces of Cambodia lack access to high-quality obstetrics and gynecology services, many residents were compelled to seek treatment abroad, often incurring significant financial costs and time. The clinic was therefore founded to provide accessible, safe, and high-standard medical services locally, helping our people save both time and resources, while contributing to the improvement of community health and well-being.
Founder
Dr. CHHENG HARKNGOUNG is a highly dedicated and experienced specialist in Obstetrics and Gynecology. With a solid foundation in medical education and years of hands-on experience at leading hospitals both locally and abroad, she has continually demonstrated her commitment to women’s health. Her journey reflects a deep passion for providing quality care and advancing her expertise through continuous learning and service.
